The Beti Jai Berria chefs, Paula Saldanha and Pablo Soto, are always open to innovation and improvement in their dishes. In fact, the menu is revamped four times a year, with the start of each season, adapting it to the new produce of the moment. Added to this are the day’s suggestions, lending even greater wealth to the restaurant selection.
