Pablo Soto (Lugo, 1979) is a chef with a long background and even greater interest in signature cuisine. He studied in his native Galicia, where he worked in different restaurants. From there he headed for Tenerife, a land with which he still maintains ties, where he worked in El Rincón de Gonzalo (Los Cristianos Beach) and in the Hotel Náutico (Santa Cruz de Tenerife). He later returned to the mainland, where he had the opportunity to work with two of the most prestigious chefs: reputed patisserie chef Paco Torreblanca and Ferrán Adriá, at his famous restaurant, El Bulli.
After a time at the El Tragabuches, in Ronda, Soto returned to Tenerife to run the gastronomic restaurant at the Bahía del Duque Hotel (Adeje Coast), before settling in San Sebastian. First of all at the head of the Nagusia Lau, and later at the Beti Jai Berria.
